Terms of Service
By ordering a commission, you automatically agree to the terms of service.
General
I have the right to decline any commissions that I deem I cannot fulfill.For requested fonts by the client, please be sure to have paid for its commercial rights.I do not permit NSFW requests for my assets.You will only be delivered digital goods and digital artwork, therefore, there will be no physical shipment of any sort.
Payments
Payments will be completed upfront in full.Payments will be completed via Paypal invoice and in CAD currency, conversions are expected to be handled by the client.Invoices will be automatically canceled after 10 days.Commissions will begin once the payment is completed.Prices are subject to change without warning, the invoice will have costs listed for current pricing. ( 20% increase for every 5 commissions )
Revisions
There will be 3 free revisions along with your order, any revisions after will cost an additional fee.Major revisions are permitted and will be subjected to an additional fee.
Deadlines & Delivery
Standard logos will take approximately 1 - 2 weeks and may take longer depending on complexity, workload, and revisions.For late deliveries, I will let the client know as soon as possible and we can work something out.
Use
All commissions and artwork delivered will be for personal use only meaning anything that is not used for financial gain (Profile banners, social media posts, personal websites, etc.). Any form of monetization falls under commercial usage.Streaming and Content creation-related activities fall under commercial usage, however, they will not require any extra costs!For commercial usage or any activity in which you use the product for financial gain (merchandise, selling anything with the asset on it, etc.), it will be +100% of the original fee and the source file will be provided.Please do not redistribute, sell, edit, or claim my designs as your own.I retain all copyright and ownership of the original work.Do not use my work for NFT / AI-related purposes.I have the right to post the commission results on my social media unless requested otherwise by the client.I have the right and permission to include your work in my portfolio.Please credit me for the commissions.
Rush Orders
Rush orders are not available at this time.
Refunds
There will be NO REFUNDS once the commission has started.I have the right to cancel/refund the commission for any reason, if the commission is canceled, lost fees and refunds will be paid in full.
Communication
Communication will preferably be done on Discord or Twitter DMs.Both the client and I are expected to respond to updates regularly on the progress of the commission (within a reasonable time of the expected delivery).Lack of communication from the client will be responsible for the consequences of late delivery.No communication from the client will result in no refunds depending on the commission's progress.
